The Victoria Regional Museum Association is pleased to announce the opening of Ceramics Select on display at the Nave Museum from August 8 through September 21, 2008. In a tradition of support and recognition of contemporary ceramic arts, San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts has acquired an impressive ceramics collection, which will amaze viewers and arouse curiosity with new perspectives of this medium.

The Nave has selected pieces from the "best of the best" for an exhibit of ceramic works from across the nation. How do you find the very best? First, submissions from around the country are selected into a national biennial exhibit. Then the best of those pieces are chosen to put into a permanent collection. The Nave brings you the best of SAMFA Ceramics, one of the finest collections of ceramic art in America today.
